Katie Couric is leaving CBS Evening news to launch a 2012 Presidential bid, sources say. A core strategy of her run for President will be a new nationally syndicated talk show set to launch in early 2012.  Sources say that Couric feels like she has enough experience to be President because "Presidents give a lot speeches, reading from teleprompters -- I read from teleprompters every single day.  I can do this.  Yes, I can".  As a preemptive move against the potential candidacy of Sarah Palin, Katie Couric has starting wearing a pair of Palin-style eyeglasses, as shown here.  The 2012 election race is really starting to heat up now.
